Our History

In 1996, Prospect Realty, Inc. acquired Hart-Dewald Co., Inc. a well-respected property management company operating in Arlington, Texas for over 16 years. This doubled the size of the company enabling it to better serve its owners and customer through greater resources in manpower and property inventory.

In 2001, after nearly 30 years of quality service,
World Realty acquired Prospect Realty, Inc.

The major direction of World Realty is in Residential Property Management of single family homes, multifamily units, multifamily communities and community and neighborhood "Home Owners Associations" along with Commercial Property Management and Sales.
