If
you would like to view any of our rental property please call
our office (817) 795-3333 and ask for a leasing agent.
If you would like to submit an application subject to your viewing
the property (policy requires that the applicant has personally
inspected the property with a licensed leasing agent), click
the "I want a rental application" link below, print it out,
fully complete the application and attach a $50.00 money
order or cashiers check and mail it to our office, but for best
results we recommend personally bringing your completed application
and money order or cashiers check to our office.

agent .

Submitted completed rental application with $50.00 application
fee.

Been notified of approval by company and submitted the **"Holding
Deposit"
**The
"Holding Deposit" is fully refundable up and until the application
has been approved. To save time and effort you can submit the
"Holding Deposit" with your application and if for some reason
you are not approved, you will be refunded in full the "Holding
Deposit" and the company only retains the "Application Fee"
which is non fundable.
